Hall of Fame for Frontline Heroes

The Frontline Hero Award program, established by the Belize Tourism Board (BTB), recognizes and celebrates the invaluable contributions of exceptional individuals working within the tourism industry. This project aims to elevate the stories of these dedicated professionals and inspire others within the sector.

Project Goals

The Frontline Hero Award program aims to achieve a four-fold purpose. First and foremost, it seeks to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of frontline workers within the Belizean tourism industry. By honoring these individuals, the program also showcases the dedication, expertise, and passion that Belizean tourism professionals bring to their roles. This recognition further highlights the positive impact these frontline workers have on visitor experiences, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the Belizean tourism industry.  As a result, the program strives to create a culture of excellence within the sector, inspiring others to achieve similar heights of dedication and service.

The Frontline Hero Award program strategically targets a multi-layered audience. At its core, the program aims to recognize and inspire Belizean tourism industry professionals, highlighting their dedication and igniting a spirit of excellence within the sector.  It also seeks to capture the attention of the Belizean public, fostering national pride by showcasing the valuable role frontline workers play in the country’s tourism success.  Finally, the program extends its reach to tourists visiting Belize, strengthening the country’s image as a welcoming destination with passionate individuals dedicated to providing exceptional visitor experiences.
