Belize City, Belize – October 21, 2025 – The Cayo District has earned international recognition, being named among the Green Destinations Top 100 Stories for 2025. The announcement was made during the Green Destinations Global Conference held in Montpellier, France, where more than 300 delegates from over 60 countries gathered to celebrate leadership and innovation in sustainable tourism.
